Bake your own: Creme Egg Brownies

I've never done a post like this before but I kind of thought I might put the odd wee recipe or bake I make on my blog and share it with you all! I made these creme egg brownies last night and earlier on today and they have went down a treat in my house and since it is easter!
You will need: A brownie mix, I cheated and bought one I usually make my own but I was feeling lazy and they were on deal in asda
Vegetable oil
Creme Eggs
Measuring spoons
Rectangular tray
Greaseproof paper

Then you want to add your brownie mix into a bowl and make a little well in the middle and put in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 5 tablespoons of water and your egg, I also like to add a little pinch of salt in. Then you want to gradually mix it all together and give it a good mix to get rid of any lumps.

You then want to line your tin with greaseproof paper or just grease it really well but trust me the baking paper method is 100times easier! get all your mix in and flatten it out and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. You let this cook for half the cooking time so about 13 minutes.

 Whilst thats cooking away you want to chop your creme eggs in half and it is far easier to do if they have been in the fridge first! but dont worry if they break up it just adds the the chewiness of the brownies.

 Take your brownies out after the 13 minutes and you want to press the creme egg halfs into the brownie and leave a good space between them. Then pop back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
 This is what they look like just out the oven all gooey and runny, but do not be tempted to stick your finger into any creme egg that may have ran onto the paper, I have one very sore finger because I forgot it would be roasting. These brownies are honestly the yummiest and chewiest ever warm or cold.
