Best of 2013

Todays post is going to be a round up of my favourite and (best) products of 2013, these are products featured in monthly favourites and have just generally become my go to items. I have tried to mix it up with makeup including a high end and drugstore variations that are equally as good in my opinion. So lets get started!
This year I have really been putting a lot more thought into my skincare routine and it was hard not to just include pretty much everything but I whittled it down to a few that I could not go without!
Clarins Gentle Exfoliating Brightening Toner - This was a purchase I made after reading Caroline Hirons blog and how could AHA toners are for the skin. I honestly didn't expect anything extraordinary but I genuinely could not be without this product. I have heard rumours Clarins are discontinuing this so I have everything crossed that that's not true!
Lacura Aqua Complete Serum - Now I have seen mane people in the beauty blogosphere talking about Aldi skincare but I never really thought much of it until I seen it! Glass bottle, pump, only £3.49 and it has hyaluronic acid in I was sold, this is actually my second bottle!
Una Brennan Rose Hydrate Range - Everything in this range ticks all the boxes for me, I absolutely love it, thats all I need to say!

Clarins Beauty Flash Balm - A primer and a skincare mask in one, I have to admit I only ever use this as a primer and I adore it, it can pretty much give any foundation that dewy glow!
Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum - Remember that time I swore I'd never buy drugstore foundations again, how wrong was I this little beauty changed my mind completely! This and the concealer hide my dark circles like a dream!
Bourjois Happy Light Primer - Another Primer I adore, this one adds a sort of glow just like Flash Balm only a little more muted but you cant complain for the price! Another honourable mention in the primer category also goes to Stila One Step Correct Primer, which I have currently ran out of!
Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer - I have this in the shade Fair, which is perfect for brightening up my eye area.

Chanel Joues Contraste - Yes these are pricey for a blusher but they are amazing quality, they are baked and super super pigmented.
Sleek Blush By 3 - Sleek blushers in general are a great highstreet alternative to higher end brands, they are amazingly pigmented, theres a good mix of matte and shimmer and a huge variety of individual or palettes. I also adore the Face form palette which includes a lovely contour, highlight and my favourite blush, rose gold! I am already excited about what Sleek have in store for 2014!
Dainty Doll Cream blush - I love this pink shimmery colour its very subtle but buildable for a deeper colour.
Chanel Cream Blushes - This wouldn't be complete without a mention of Chanel's cream blushes, long awaited and I love them!

MUA Undressed Too Palette - MUA are a great drugstore brand, with amazing eyeshadow palettes for the price the quality is amazing and they even have dupes of the Urban Decay Naked Palettes, I hope they are bringing out a third one! I have reviewed heaven and earth and undressed
Illamasqua Neutral Palette - This Illamasqua palette is my soul mate my eye shadow soul mate that is! I actually have to force myself to use my other palettes instead of sticking with this everyday! Amazing pigmentation!
Maybelline Gel Liner - This gel liner paired with my real techniques liner brush = perfect cat eye, need I say more.
Rimmel Scandaleyes Mascara - This mascara was actually picked up on a whim and I've now repurchased it 3 times I compare every other Mascara to it and its knocked Maybellines falsies and the colossal right of the top spot!

Chanel Rouge Coco Shine -I honestly cannot find fault with these lipsticks, they are hydrating and even though sheer give a great colour pay off, great for every day wear!
Loreal Rouge Caresse - These are my favourite highstreet lipstick, they are creamy yet kind of sheer I love them!
Lush Santa's Lip Scrub - This lip scrub was my first lush one and honestly I will keep getting them I love the smell of this one and I'm glad I have a spare as back up!

Paul & Joe Makeup Bag - My yearly favourites would not have been complete without mentioning this makeup bag! I don't know how I ever lived without it!
Real Techniques Brushes - These are amazing! If you don't have them yet then where have you been!

Paul Mitchell Extra Body - This Paul Mitchell range does wonder for my hair! I'm onto the second bottle of shampoo and I am addicted! The daily boost spray also makes my hair amazingly big and voluminous!
Got2b Powder'ful - I use this when I curl my hair as for some reason it actually makes my curls stay put better than any other product!
Tresemme Ultimate Hold Hairspray - Its a massive can I probably go through one a year (I'm kidding) but its the best hairspray I've used it holds my fine hair and still allows me to play about with it.

Victoria's Secret - I love the victorias secret body sprays and lotions, I've ran out of my full size ones but these travel size ones are super cute!
Nivea In-shower moisturiser - Perfect for lazy days when moisturising seems like an even bigger chore than usual (I have the French version, its a long story)
Grahams Natural Body Wash - I actually reviewed or my Mum reviewed the whole range but I have nabbed the body wash and I honestly love it, it smells amazing, leaves my skin softer than anything else ever has!

This was a very long post but I hope you have all enjoyed reading it, if you actually read all the way down to here I applaud you!
