Last Minute Christmas Gift Ideas

If you are like me you will already be super organised and have no one left to buy for. However if you are like me you are always that person waiting until the last minute to give people ideas about what they could get you. So this is some ideas for all you still to buy and still looking for ideas for yourself and yes it's mostly beauty.. Okay all beauty related! Just because you have waited until a few days before doesn't mean you can't still get amazing gifts.

I love getting makeup at any time of the year but Christmas is often the time to get a few extra special thing you know someone wouldn't buy for themselves. High end lipsticks are one of these gifts. Ones from Chanel and YSL are my favourites. The Chanel Rouge Allure lipsticks come in the most gorgeous packaging. The YSL Rouge Volupte are the ones everyone loves as they have the gorgeous gold packaging. These will both set you back £25 so definitely a great gift and of course at this time they do gift wrapping!
Palettes are always a good idea as a gift as they offer more than just a single item would and Urban Decay has got you covered. The Naked palettes are probably one of the best selling makeup items and they now have 3 Naked Palettes (£37) to suit each eye colour and 2 Basics (£22) which are better for everyday use and more compact. Continuing on with Palettes no makeup gift guide would be complete without some truly lust worthy items. The Hourglass Ambient lighting and Blusher  (£56) palettes are definitely that. They are a bit pricey but would make amazing gifts that anyone would appreciate as they are truly gorgeous to look at and are easier to give as a gift than oicking out an individual shade.
Limited Edition items also make great gifts and right now the makeup counters are full of them, although you might find some of the more popular items are already sold out like the Chanel Highlighter. You will still be able to get some and limited edition shades as well.

Nailpolishes make the perfect gift for those who will never go a day without painted nails. Essie has a few of these litte duo sets that would make the perfect stocking filler for anyone.
Only Fingers and Toes* are a bit more luxury. I actually won this box set in an Instagram competition and it was like Christmas had come early! It comes beautifully packaged and even the individual polishes have there own box. You can choose from single ones to 3, 6 or an amazing 24! This would be the ultimate Christmas gift for someone special. They start from (£16).

Skincare is another item that makes a great gift as often people don't like to splash out and buy this for themselves. The Origins gift sets are always amazing and great value. The Best of Both worlds (£40) is definitely a great starter skincare set as it has products for day and night and the bag is very handy! For face mask lovers there is the Origins Mask Marvels set (£50). They also have lots of others that would make great gifts.
Another Brands skincare that I am loving is bareMinerals. They are completely natural, so are great for even the most sensitive of skins, the packaging is simple and to the point and would look great on anyone'd dressing table. My favourites are the Purifying Cleanser* (£15), Nourishing Moisturiser* (£27) and Active Cell Renewal Night Serum* (£39).
Cult Skincare items are also great gifts as often the person you are giving them too will have at some point heard about them. Estee Lauder's Advanced Night Repair (£69) is one of these items.

The fail safe Christmas gift is definitely perfume. You can either buy one you know someone already uses or get one from a similiar scent i.e. floral. If nothing else you can always just choose the one you think smells nice or reminds you of that person and they will like it. 2 of my favourites are Marc Jacobs Daisy and Chanel Coco Mademoiselle and both have a floral scent to them.
Victoria's Secret body sprays are great stocking fillers and I genuinely don't think I have had one I didn't like! You get them for around £9 on Ebay.

Other great stuff
These gifts are perfect added extra's and main gifts. Olivia Burton watches are amazing and there are a variety of styles to chose from. They really are beautiful watches that I'm sure anyone would love to receive.
Sali Hughes Pretty Honest is a book you need to get any beauty lover in your life. It's packed full of useful tips and even has the basics of skincare routines and also some ideas on what not to do and a whole section on teen beauty.
Lush is always a great option as they have lots of Christmas gift sets to suit everyone and the Christmas range is definitely my favourite - these make the best smelling stocking fillers.

*Some items in this Christmas Gift guide were PR items, it was however my choice to include them in this.
