LUSH Ultraviolet Bubble Bar

I know I have been missing for a little while now but sometimes juggling a lot of things at once becomes a little much and you just need to take time out for yourself. So I thought what better way of making a come back than with a blog post on one of my favourite ways to unwind and have some me time.. a Lush bath.

The Lush bubble bars are by far my favourite Lush items. The smell amazing, you get tons of bubbles and they usually turn your bath a lovely colour as well.

Lush Ultraviolet bubble bar is actually part of the Mother's Day collection (so I will be stocking up on these before they disappear). It looks lovely and has a green, silver, blue, purple rainbow. To start with this has a lovely fresh scent with a hint of sweetness,
It contains Jasmine Absolu, Violet Leaf, Ylang Ylang and Rosewood Oil, these all give it the fresh floral scent. However once in your bath I notice the Parma Violet like smell much more and this one actually makes my whole house smell when I use it.
The smell of this is amazing and even better than that it turns the bath a vivid violet purple with a silver lustre.

This is definitely one of my favourite bubble bars and it's a generous size for £4.75 as well. It is one of the bigger bubble bars like The Comforter. I like making my bubble bars go further though and instead of breaking them into little bits I actually (as strange as this may sound) purchased a grater. I grate mine up and out them in a zip lock bag. This gives you a fine powder that a sprinkle all over the bottom of my bath. This gives you loads of bubbles as well if you have ever struggled to get your bubble bars to make your bath bubbly.

You can purchase Lush Ultraviolet from your Local Lush store or Online.

  1. Oooh I love Parma Violets so this sounds perfect for me! I love that it's a big bar too, I can usually get about 4 uses out of a big one like The Comforter x
